The importance of a support base

 

For years I was the happy fat girl.  Who looked kinda pretty coz she dressed to suit her size.  But since I decided to do something positive for my health I have gotten a mixture of “well done” and “well you could stand to lose a little weight”, not to mention the myriad of questions.  Most of the time I shrug them off and give some flippant answer like “why not.” But now I am going to answer a few of those questions :
