Group PT is a viable option for those on a budget who still want the  personalized service of one-on-one PT.

After your initial consult session, you will be placed into a group of like-minded  individuals.  You will train with intensity under the guidance of our coach and  fulfill you fitness desires in a fun and social environment.

Each session is based either around strength, high-intensity intervals or cardio  and will help you on your way to becoming the fittest and leanest you can be!
