The sessions are designed around your abilities and goals and follow on from your initial consult session.  From here, your plan of  attack is implemented and, with our coach, you start working  towards those goals you have been dreaming about.

Our session incorporate everything from weight training to kettlebells, high intensity intervals to tabata.  The sessions are designed  to test your limits, but at the same time leave you  empowered and feeling like you can take on the world.
