Post natal exercise

Congratulations!  Bub has finally arrived and you are finally settling in and wondering how your body produced the most marvelous thing you’ve ever seen!  Now, you think, "it’s time to start getting back to my pre-baby body"………..but where to start?

As soon as you feel up to it, going for a walk a few days a week is beneficial.  After 6 weeks your body starts to return to a normal state and the exercises can start in earnest, however we recommend that you speak to your doctor or midwife about undertaking exercise again.
